I was honored to photograph some very special clients and friends of mine, Bear and Jade.
I loved their wedding at St Ann’s where they were surrounded by all their family and friends.
Bear and Jade had been engaged after their first daughter was born, planned their spring wedding, then were expecting their second child and then they chose to wait for the following Spring. Their wedding was everything the two of them had envisioned since they started planning their lives together.
It was so beautiful watching them say their vows. Seeing their proud parents beam and holding each other tight. Both sets of parents are solid examples of what marriage is all about. In fact, Bear’s parents just celebrated 40 years of wedded bliss themselves. Jade’s father was so stoic and proud of her. I loved the photo my associate, Keri Cole’s captured as Bear and Jade took her first walk as Husband and Wife. The joy on his face said so much.
I also loved that they took 5 seconds after their ceremony to look at all their family and friends’ happy faces. These two people are so adored!

Seeing Jade becoming a bride and Bear’s wife was too cute for words. She was so excited to walk down the aisle. We were counting down the minutes for her. “How many more minutes? I can’t take this waiting! I am ready to be married now!”
Their family photo after they became husband and wife touched my heart. Their daughter, Avery, puckering up as Jade kissed Bear. It was not just a celebration for the bride and groom but for their children as well… Avery couldn’t wait to toast the happy couple.
Congratulations on your marriage and an eternal Spring!

Great work, Nicole. I love all the sweet, happy moments, especially the family shots at the end.
Beautiful! I love the family shots too! But the last one is my favorite!
Thanks so much, Kathy! That was one of my faves too! It made me so happy and they loved it too! Thanks for the blog love!
